Terms of Use

App: SIP (“SIP”, “we”, “us”).

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using SIP, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply together with Apple’s App Store terms and any end user license that applies to apps you obtain through the App Store.

2. Who may use SIP

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SIP.
  • Where local law requires a higher minimum age for alcohol-related content or similar (for example 21 in certain U.S. states or other jurisdictions), you must meet that higher age.
  • You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Nature of the service (entertainment)

SIP is a party game and entertainment product. It may reference drinking in a social context. SIP does not provide medical, legal, or safety advice.

You are solely responsible for your conduct, your health, and compliance with applicable laws (including laws on alcohol, public safety, and events). Never drink and drive. Do not pressure anyone to drink. Stop if someone is uncomfortable.

4. Accounts and devices

SIP does not require you to create a username-and-password account. We may use device identifiers and similar technical data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

5.1 Payment processing

Paid features are offered via in-app purchases processed by Apple (App Store). We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlements in the app.

5.2 Plans

We may offer products such as weekly, monthly, and lifetime access, and from time to time a free trial on eligible weekly plans. Exact titles, prices, and trial availability are shown in the App Store at purchase time.

5.3 Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

5.4 Refunds and billing disputes

Charges and refunds for App Store purchases are governed by Apple’s policies. If you have a billing issue, contact Apple Support. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.

5.5 Price changes

We may change prices or offerings; App Store checkout will show current pricing before you confirm a purchase.

6. Creator Program

The Creator Program is an optional promotion where eligible users may qualify for rewards (for example cash, credits, or in-app benefits) based on published content and program rules in effect at the time.

6.1 Eligibility and rules

  • Participation is subject to eligibility requirements stated in the app (including age and content rules).
  • Rewards are not guaranteed. View thresholds, winner limits, monthly caps, and prize descriptions are described in the app and may change.
  • Rewards may be first come, first served where stated.
  • You must follow instructions for submission (for example posting on TikTok with required disclosures and tags, then contacting us at support@sipgame.app with requested information).
  • We may require your video to remain public for a verification period (for example seven days) before we verify eligibility.
  • One reward per person per month may apply where stated; claiming certain tiers may limit other claims in the same period.

6.2 Verification and fraud

We may verify views, engagement, and authenticity. We may disqualify entries that involve bots, fake views, manipulation, misleading content, or other fraud. Our verification decisions are final except where mandatory law says otherwise.

6.3 Payouts

If a reward involves payment, timing (for example 7–14 days after verification) and method (for example PayPal) will be communicated as part of the program process. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and taxes as applicable.

6.4 License to content you post

When you submit or tag content as part of the Creator Program (or otherwise make content available to us for the program), you grant PRO EGE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative marketing materials from that content (including on sipgame.app, social channels, and ads), unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You confirm you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

6.5 Changes

We may modify, suspend, or end the Creator Program at any time. We may update reward tiers and rules; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules where permitted by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use SIP in violation of law or third-party rights.
  • Harass, abuse, or endanger others.
  • Attempt to cheat billing, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Upload unlawful content or content that infringes intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you violated these terms or pose risk to others.

8. Intellectual property

SIP, its branding, and its content are owned by PRO EGE or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app according to these terms.

9. Third-party services

SIP may reference or link to third parties (for example Apple, TikTok, email). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRO EGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of SIP.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian or EU/EEA consumer law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights under local law and may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where relevant.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated where required.
