1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PRO EGE (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use the SIP mobile application and related services (for example the Creator Program and customer support).
We aim to collect only what we need to run SIP, process purchases, improve the app, and communicate with you when you contact us.
2. What data we process
Depending on how you use SIP, we may process:
2.1 Technical and usage data
- Device identifiers and similar data used to recognise your install (for example identifiers used by the operating system or our analytics/subscription tooling).
- App diagnostics and performance data via our development platform (Expo) and related tooling, which may include crash logs, basic device information, and usage events needed to operate and improve the app.
- Purchase and subscription status processed through Apple (App Store) and managed with RevenueCat (for example subscription tier, renewal events, and customer identifiers used by those services).
2.2 Information you send us
- If you email support@sipgame.app or otherwise contact us, we process the content of your message and any attachments, plus your email address and metadata needed to respond (for example time of delivery).
- If you participate in the Creator Program, we may process information you submit for verification and payouts (for example your name, social links, video URLs, and payment details such as a PayPal email).
2.3 Content you make public
If you post public videos or other content as part of the Creator Program, that content may be visible to us and third-party platforms (for example TikTok) under their terms.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR / EEA)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): providing SIP, handling purchases and entitlements, and administering the Creator Program where you participate.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): securing the app, preventing fraud and abuse, improving performance, and understanding aggregate usage—balanced against your rights.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): where we ask for consent (for example for optional communications or certain marketing uses), you may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
4. How we share data
We share data with service providers who help us operate SIP, including:
- Apple (in-app purchases and related records).
- RevenueCat (subscription status and related identifiers).
- Expo and related infrastructure for building, hosting, and operating the app (which may include analytics and crash reporting as configured).
- Email and infrastructure providers used to deliver messages and store limited operational records.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Norway or the EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or rely on adequacy decisions, as applicable.
6. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Support emails may be kept for a limited period to handle follow-up requests. Subscription records follow operational and App Store requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In Norway, the supervisory authority is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
To exercise rights, contact support@sipgame.app. We may need to verify your request.
9. Children
SIP is not intended for users under 18 (or higher where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.
10. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
